FEMA Disaster Declaration Dashboard (2025+)

Data Note: This dashboard sources data from OpenFEMA, which only publishes declaration requests after a final decision has been reached. Requests that are still pending review, under appeal, or awaiting a Presidential decision do not appear in the public data. Some recently denied requests may also experience a lag before being added to the dataset. As a result, the totals shown here may undercount the actual number of active declaration requests.

Tribal Nations Note: Due to the way FEMA organizes data in the OpenFEMA dataset, approved disaster declarations for Tribal Nations appear as state declarations rather than being attributed to the specific Tribal Nation. We have manually corrected this issue for the period of January 1, 2025 through February 13, 2026 and will periodically update the tracker to correctly categorize Tribes with Federal Disaster Declarations.
